I personally inspected my brakes when I was rotating my tires and saw that they were well worn at 65K miles on my wife's Subaru. These folks gave me a great price for all four brakes! Anthony has a great crew working there which is an excellent reflection on his management skills! I would highly recommend this place: their professionalism, the concern they have for client satisfaction and their attention to detail reflects on Anthony, his crew and the entire company.

I want to express my most sincere gratitude to the Manager, Carlos Carral and the Assistant Manager, Anthony Chavez for their kindness and help today. Coming in from the East Mountains when I got off the interstate at Juan Tabo I had no power steering and I was over heating and I had no idea what was going on. I made it to Brake Masters and they met me at my vehicle. Mind you it was almost 5:00 and I asked what time they closed and they said 5:30. Carlos was all smiles and identified the problem immediately. I had not only a broken belt but a seized up pulley. They had the belt in stock but Carlos in his personal vehicle drove to the parts store to pick up the pulley that I needed. All the while having such a generous, helpful and friendly attitude. Carlos had me back on the road in less than an hour. These young men define customer service and they know their business.
Any other business could have and probably would have turned me away because of being minutes away from closing but these guys never once made me feel like I was putting them out.
Thank you Carlos and Anthony. You turned an unfortunate situation for me into a unexpected pleasant hour for me.
They have gained a customer and a fan!!

The Manager Christopher was very professional and courteous. His assistant manager was informative and professional. The mechanic did a quick and efficient job. I'm happy with this management. I quit coming here because of the previous management. I recommend this business to everyone.

The manager was very explicit about what I may and may not need. Told me approximately the cost it may cost and informed me about coupons on line. I felt very comfortable and it didn’t feel like they were trying to get money out of me. Would highly recommend!
